Who are we?
The business is owned and managed by Andrew Rowland. Andy studied painting, decorating and interior design at Barnsley College of Art and Design. After being awarded Decorator of the Year he was offered a place with a building and interior design company. Having worked in property maintenance for over fifteen years Andy now owns Rowland Property Services incorporating Rowland Kitchens and Bathrooms.
The service strap line is "pride in our work comes as standard". This is the philosophy behind the business and, as such, sets a high standard of workmanship and customer care.

What do we do?
