Rowland Property Services have been providing building, bathroom and kitchen improvement services to happy customers for over 15 years.

The service strap line is “pride in our work comes as standard”. This is the philosophy behind the business and, as such, sets a high standard of workmanship and customer care.

We strive to give excellent value for money and to use eco-friendly and sustainable products. Our waste is either recycled or disposed of in the most ethical and environmentally safe way possible.

Improving your property

We provide a design, fitting and installation service including gas services, bathroom design and installation, kitchen planning and installation and most aspects of property maintenance. View some of our past projects here.

All our jobs are fully project managed by us, we do not use sub-contractors. You just sit back and relax while we carry out the work.

Over 20 years of experience

The business is owned and managed by Andrew Rowland, who has over 20 years of experience in the trade. Andy studied painting, decorating and interior design, and after being awarded Decorator of the Year he was offered a place with a building and interior design company. Building on that experience, he then set up Rowland Property Services incorporating Rowland Kitchens and Bathrooms.
